You don’t actually have to both sides this. The Jewish community in the UK is not the Israeli government. You can just condemn the murder of two British Jews killed in their place of worship and you don’t have to say a single other thing.

On #HolocaustMemorial it is more important than ever to #LightTheDarkness. Antisemitism, prejudice against refugees, disabled people, gypsies, those of different sexualities and people of many other faiths and none is on the rise. It is not enough to solely remember we must stand in allyship

From a purely selfish point of view, what will be a real game changer for this site will be when platforms such as Hootsuite add it so we can schedule post along with all the other channels we manage at work

Bit of an odd one this. I was travelling on the Northern Line yesterday and got talking with my wife about a comedy show game named after a tube station (ifkyk) And then what came up on Facebook today...

So which tribes do you follow?

Jon sacker@jonsacker.bsky.social

Being on a new platform has given me the space to think about who I I follow and why? And starter packs here on b/s have allowed me to be even more focused. So what 'tribes' matter to me and who am I missing?

But am I missing obvious 'tribes' I need to add? As an aside - and as someone who oversees social media use at work - I think one of the reasons official bodies may not be here is a semi-technical one. We use Hootsuite to schedule and manage our posting and they're not yet allowing us to add b/s

So my primary interest is public policy so I start with: journalists and the media think tanks and policy people in my space (health and social care) lawyers - if you want to know the real problems with policy they're your go to tribe

You are up to date.
