One of the most terrifying videos of a natural disaster I have ever seen. No one in the video had a chance to survive.

A massive flash flood in the Himalayan border areas of Nepal and ‌China's Tibet. Initial report say it may have been caused by a glacial lake rupture.

A gracious concession: “I want to congratulate Abdul El-Sayed on winning the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate. He is a doctor, a community health official, a Rhodes Scholar, and a dedicated Michigander. I am proud to offer my support as he takes on Mike Rogers in the general election…

TMZ DC with perhaps the most brutal video from Trump's Great American State Fair, showing Dr. Oz on stage bragging to Dean Cain about how big the crowd is, only for the reporter to pan around and show absolutely nobody is there. Original post: x.com/i/status/207...

Trying to find a single example of MAGA screeching about the Logan Act when Biden was in office and Trump was in Israel, taking to Putin on the phone, or hosting dictators at Mar a Lago. Can’t seem to find one. Weird.

While you can’t afford a trip for your family this summer, you just paid for Sean Duffy’s 7-month road trip at $4.55 per gallon of gas.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

oh my god -- Sean Duffy on Fox & Friends this morning announced that he spent parts of *7 MONTHS* (more than half a year!) on a roadtrip with his family to celebrate America's 250th anniversary

Was there ever a hand-wringing WaPo piece on “tree, rope, journalist, some assembly required” or any of the other psycho right-wing memes over the years? I doubt it. It’s only a problem when it’s pointed right.

The Washington Post@washingtonpost.com

A social media trend involving ambiguous calls for action against President Trump has gained traction, with influencers using memes to suggest violence. Experts are concerned over the normalization of such rhetoric.

John Roberts Wants You To Stop Believing Your Own Eyes John Roberts has spent years whining about how totally unfair it is that people claim he and his colleagues rule based on partisan leanings. He did it in 2014. He did it in 2017. He did it in 2019. Hell, he did it a couple months ago too. So…

CNN: Do you support targeting critical civilian infrastructure like power plants? REP. KUSTOFF: Could that infrastructure have a dual use? Could it be used by the military? If the answer is yes, which I think they are, then they're within the purview of US attacks

Exactly. Been saying it for a long while now. My parents thought we had it bad growing up in the 80’s because of this? Too young to understand the Cold War… they didn’t have to wait long though. But it’s been 20 years now. There’s an entire generation who knows nothing about war. And voted that way.
