If the way the DOJ’s argument to preemptively throw out 20k CA ballots just went in the Ninth Circuit is any indication, the Alaska lawsuit is going to get thrown out with a quickness as well.

Last week, Blanche said the DOJ had no active plans to interfere in certification. The next day, he filed a lawsuit in Alaska to stop certification. He’s now demanding we all believe that Trump and congressional Republicans won’t try to stops Dems from taking their seats in Congress on Jan. 3.

This is illegal and (a) it’s not even close to defensible and (b) shouldn’t be tolerated.

NEW: Footage from Thursdays shooting shows an ICE agent in a construction vest brandishing a rifle. His name is Brenden Cuni. Federal judges have found multiple arrests involving Cuni unlawful. He has been accused of repeatedly Tasing a handcuffed man and tackling a pregnant woman in Minneapolis.

They are surging ICE across Black and brown communities and talking about Somalians in Minnesota in the hopes for unrest so Trump can seize ballots, send agents to polls and access voting machines.
