"They doxxed the Prodigy crab" is something that will forever live in my brain

Junot@slopmoding.bsky.social

One time I managed to find the exact spot where that photo was taken on google maps

There are some songs that fill me with so much emotion I literally shut down (or reboot?) like I cannot move or continue what I was doing. Frisson, my mind fills with images, sometimes I tear up and it's unstoppable. One of the best things about having been born a human (this time around I guess?)

It's like the opposite of nausea? There's probably at least 10 different terms for this in every language other than english

I'm seeing the Prodigy tonight under the Ketamine Memorial Bridge and it is going to be Very Emotional

The only reason it ended up being Very Emotional was because it got FUCKING CANELLED ๐Ÿ˜ญ

fucking WILD that a local venue I used to attend queer/pride events at has now become a full-fledged n**i bar

You know, I often say that playing old video games is like learning a language. The more you play them the better you become at understanding their vocabulary, the structure, etc. You can become fluent in classic video games, but I think a lot of people simply have lost it, or never learned how to.

Just dropped a full can of dry shampoo directly on my big toe that just finished healing after I fucked it up last year around this time ๐Ÿ˜Ž aaaahahaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

What genre is the soundtrack of Phantasy Star Online Ep 1 +2 for the Gamecube and how do I funnel it into my ears for the rest of my life

Anarchy in the Kanto Region (This is an oldie but maybe I'll do a new series of Pokemon punks some day. I tend to not make much fanart nowadays!)

Vended at a somewhat-local horror con this past weekend and one of the sponsors of the event was a 'creative studio' that was slinging AI slop and the crowds were slurpin it the fuck up. Most horrific thing at the whole show by far.

At a point where if a piece of art doesn't almost make me black out or cry I am not interested. Fortunately I am emotionally riding the knife's edge

Painting on the left is on a piece of roughly 2x3" cardboard I made in 2011/2012. Lost the original since then but I was able to recreate it in acrylic, silver/gold leaf and oil pastel this year (on the right). Feels good, man ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I paint too but don't tell anyone

Last week @juupiter.com and I were at a painting workshop at Chapel of Sacred Mirrors led by Alex and Allyson Grey. Really amazing experience! We're going to do some blog posts about it soon at imaginarymonsters.com

Although I prefer to draw, I'm trying to get back into painting before a week-long art intensive this summer. Here's an oldie of bjork ๐Ÿ’Ž #painting #portrait #art

I love art that looks hand-made, I love art that has stray marks, I love art that has texture, I love art that has pencil lines, I love art that contains the ghost of a sketch, I love art that looks like it was made by a person, despite it being digital or not.
