May we all have the strength of this lioness who was just trying to rescue her cub, only to be assaulted in the process. Be the lioness. youtube.com/shorts/PZFr7...

Texans, don't let this poll fool you. You must get out the vote in Nov. Don't take anything for granted. Vote! Vote! Vote! New poll shows Talarico leading Paxton by three points, 51-48, and holding strong leads among key constituencies, including independent voters. bit.ly/4wabnYs

I arrived in Australia from what was basically still the Soviet Union when I was 6 years old. I don't want to brag, but I really don't think my family needed another 794 years of beach barbeques and test match cricket to get the hang of voting and not executing people for political disagreements.
Wurman: The English didn’t *demand* assimilation in 1215 but *needed* it for 800 years for liberalism to work. Then, responding to @jdmortenson.bsky.social, Ilan goes ethnonationalist, talking about “importing millions of people [babies]” who are unfit for liberal democracy. How’s that better?

I'm far more interested in Elon Musk's interference in our 2024 election. If I live to be a million I'll never accept the story that Donald Trump beat Kamala Harris is a fair election. Never. This has all been the result of computer manipulation by the world's richest man.
