I'm a weirdo bike-and-car guy and have always thought we should have reasonable regulations around power to weight ratios. The new EX30 is pretty cool, and it's fun to do 0-60 in 3.2 seconds but it's also ridiculous, unsafe and entirely unnecessary outside of a race track.

Oh, this is interesting. I'm not sure it would set the precedence that we would want if they are successful but holding businesses and individuals accountable for their negligence is important. I think I would prefer to see these as criminal cases. 🤔
