Supreme Court decision-making has become incredibly exasperating. There is NO legal nuance that justifies a lengthy review of this DOGE FOIA request. In fact, resolution of the issue should have been left to the lower courts. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/13/u...

No riders should be attached to proposed bills until those riders are thoroughly vetted by the public. The public should have a minimum of 21 days to vet after receipt of clear, concise information on said riders. Those proposing riders should be held liable for failing to provide said notices.
