Yesterday, I stood w/more than 150 AFSCME Local 2975 members on the picket line in Corvallis, Oregon, who are fighting for a fair contract and benefits. They keep their city running and show up for their community every day. They deserve a contract that lets them support themselves & their families.

33 workers at Verbal Beginnings in Rockville have gone been on strike. The workers are registered behavioral technicians who provide important services to children on the autism spectrum. They unionized last year, joining Teamsters Local 639, but have yet to gain a first contract.
