Ukrainian drones reportedly struck Russia’s AVISMA titanium plant in Perm Krai, about 1,500 km from Ukraine, on 25 October. The plant produces titanium alloys used in military aircraft, engines, missiles, and space technology. Russia’s regional governor reported five people injured in the attack.
