Its pretty clear that next Dem administration should pass an Act of Congress to expropriate Musk's shares in SpaceX and auction them off to the public. He would have to be compensated, as required by the Takings Clause, so it would cost about $100B minus the proceeds from selling off the shares.

🇺🇦🇺🇸 Zelensky: I met in Kyiv with the team of the American defense company Lockheed Martin, which helps us save lives. Its Patriot systems and F-16 aircraft play an important role in protecting against Russian ballistic missiles and jet "shaheds". And it is not easy with both directions now.

What Trump is doing is basically like Europe signing business deals with Al-Qaeda right after 9/11, but actually much worse, as Russia is a way bigger threat to Europe than Al-Qaeda ever was to the US
