youtube cooking videos are all like heat the water until it starts caramelizing, then add the pasta and let it caramelize a bit. meanwhile, mix the flour and butter and caramelize it, add the milk but don't let it caramelize let, and finally fold in the grated cheese, add the pasta, and caramelize.

i have to be a big-time wife guy about this and brag that my wife collected these archival materials and the huge collection of artifacts related to menstruation. it has been a years-long project to get these collected, catalogued, photographed, and put online for research.

Rest in power, Gloria Steinem, a lifelong advocate for working women who dedicated her life to fighting for women’s equality, equal pay and respect on the job. We’re grateful for her lifetime of courage, leadership and commitment to making the world better for women everywhere.
