Suppose to get two of my module results for uni on the 28th but apparently there is now a delay for results due to tech issues…. Can’t even explain how much that stresses me out. All the self talk in the world doesn’t magic away the anxiety and stress. 😞

Well my holiday to Thailand is officially cancelled due to flights via Doha being cancelled oddly they did ask if we wanted to change the flights to another via Doha, thanks but no we don’t fancy flying through a war zone. think we will go back to Croatia again instead seems safer 🤷‍♀️

Image 1 is from a recent research paper, image to is me throwing it back at them. I really wish they would stop using deficit language as if it’s the 1980s. #Autistic different not deficit.

Suppose to be going away in May not sure if it’s going to happen now as was a stop over in Doha. I seriously hate the uncertainty of everything. Yes I’m aware my issues are not as bad as what’s happening too many people in the world but it doesn’t make it any less valid.

Well they appointed a new supreme leader in Iran and what can I say other than told you so 🤷‍♀️

Killing a dictator is easy but not considering the vacuum effect that could see them replaced with something worse is naive and short sighted in my view. #IranWar

She is wrong. I’m late diagnosed & not because “mild” or “masking”. First intervention in school age 6, first psychologist aged 10, placed in a EBD school aged 12, psychiatric unit age 13. She needs to recognise they misdiagnosed girls like me. you can be sure as hell we always existed. #Autistic

Uta Frith: I no longer think autism is a spectrum The autism spectrum has widened to the point of collapse, affecting how teachers should support autistic pupils in the classroom, www.tes.com/magazine/tea...

I’m not a fan of Starmer but all this ridiculous on and on about not having HMS dragoon ready & in the area. The fact these ships need refitting is the direct result of years and years of under funding. Just get real about it. I’m sick of hearing about this bloody ship.

Badenoch going on that we should be doing more and getting involved in the current war with Iran…. Read the room Kemi most people agree we need to stay out of it. Had enough of being a puppet on a string to the USA.

Am I wrong to get picky about wording. Watching Newsnight and Peter literally said it’s devastating for Andrew. Seriously 😡 oh poor him (sarcasm) #Epsteinfiles

Nearly done with two more modules in my LLB: Right this minute I really hate contract law. 😩 However I am loving judicial review public law 🥰 Sadly I have to do both

My dad’s birthday today (72) so went out for tea. He seems so much better these days. The care home he’s in are so great and his medication is helping a lot. His special interest these days is AI which can be a little laborious but I’m glad he’s found something to occupy his mind.

Just got my welcome email for my next module…. Little over excited. International, environmental and space law…. Space law yes please. Anyway better get started on my last essay for public law.

Andy burnham being blocked from standing is outrageous. What the hell is democratic about that. It shows absolute weakness, a good leadership wouldn’t block someone like that.

Hell of an argument for banning social media for under 16s from Kemi this. Get kids off it so we can be free to carry on destroying our democracy and tearing apart our society without them.

Most annoying news headlines around autistic Barbie right now has to be “Barbie with #autism” Oh where did I leave it has anyone seen my autism I know it must be around here somewhere 🙄 I am #autistic, it’s not a bloody accessory or handbag that I acquired or can put down and leave somewhere.

Got 85% on my first public law essay and I’m sure most people would be happy with it, but noooo my mind is too busy trying to work out where the other 15% is. Wheres the structure? What was missed? What can be sharpened? What is the logic gap? What didn’t align?🙄 is this an #autistic thing 🤔 🤷‍♀️

I’ve planned out my Christmas, we are eating out (two doors down from my house) so I can escape when needed. As much as I love my family it can sometimes get rather overwhelming as there is a lot of people all wanting to do small talk and lot of noise.

Said our goodbyes to a good friend and my former employer today. They said 3-6 months but he sadly only got 6 weeks. It’s been a difficult few weeks since he was diagnosed with cancer. 😢

First essay for public law done and stressed that I’ve not followed the instructions right. Knowledge isn’t an issue but new/unknown structure freaks me out. Well I guess I will just have to wait now and focus on getting my contract law essay done.

I honestly can’t stand people saying to me being autistic is a superpower or that most dyslexics have better grammar/spelling than those that don’t. I know it’s well meant & to be supportive but what it really does is put me under pressure I don’t need and dismisses the struggles I face.

Speaker Johnson says he's "deeply disappointed" the Senate approved the Epstein files bill without making changes. He said he spoke to Trump about it: "We both have concerns" Asked if Trump may veto it: "l'm not saying that. I don't know..." Look at his face. He's proper scared. Delicious.
