Americans (myself included) tend to laugh off the Trump noises about annexing Canada as obvious nonsense, but the rest of the world is taking the threat seriously. Our media should reflect that reality and hold him accountable for the serious damage he’s causing.

Consider this: The Senate has just voted to confirm Kash Patel as FBI Director in a narrow 51-47 majority. Trump nominee Chris Wray passed 92-5. Only Rand Paul voted against James Comey. Robert Mueller was confirmed 98-0. Patel is historically unqualified & we are not safe!

Believe it or not, emailing/faxing your representatives to say "I am deeply unhappy about this for the following reasons" gives them ammunition to use on the floor. They quote constituent letters all the time. It won't do squat if he declares martial law + shreds the constitution but here we are
