I use #tapestryapp for reading (including RSS) and Indigo for Bluesky and Mastodon management. The combination is a complete solution.

I've been using @anilineapps.bsky.social Indigo since it's release and it has remained the only app I use for Bluesky and Mastodon. In fact, pretty much the only social media app I use day to day.

You know those go-karts that some Tokyo tourists love and most residents don't? Just saw an electric version with no one following. A test run, I assume. Noisy, but much better than the gasoline version. Spotted on the same street where I've seen Waymo. Sorry, I didn't have time to get a photo.

LinkedIn I recently received a connection request from someone I don't know. Normally, I refuse such requests, but this person appeared to work for a known company that could be relevant to my experience, so I accepted. The account is not verified. Past employers are real profiles. LinkedIn is…

More on LinkedIn Suspicious Accounts I have now received three connection requests. The second was very similar to the first. I noticed that both hid their connections lists — very bad sign.

More on LinkedIn Suspicious Accounts The third request was more credible with an extensive background and a visible connections list with a shared connection, but none of the connections were from her employers! I have blocked all three. Please don't connect with folks you don't know! 🙏

Just received my first government alert for a Level 3 warning (landslide). Until today, I only received government alerts for earthquakes. As many of you probably know, this is a new set of protocols. The alert sound was new as well. It didn't sound anything like the earthquake alert, thankfully.

If you absolutely *must* visit Shibuya this summer: 1) do not exit the station 2) go to the free observation deck on the 12th floor of Scramble Square 3) put yr phone down on the left corner of the window and take this timelapse, preferably at golden hour, maybe bring a book 4) LEAVE

Just saw another one about 50 meters from the one before, but it’s raining today, so I’m guessing they’re gathering data for different weather conditions. Seems serious, right? #waymo

Naval Ravikant eloquently explains how people mistakenly believe that money buys you time when in reality what it buys you is attention. You can’t buy that much more time but you can buy the attention of thousands, millions or even hundreds of millions of people.
