THIS IS THE WEEK! The Bad Magpie demo will be available on Steam and XBOX on PC this Thursday at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 7pm CEST. Set your alarms now! 🏫explore the school biome 🌟discover 30 shiny meteorites 🐭sow chaos amongst the world’s inhabitants

Hopefully people enjoyed Minecraft Live this weekend! We showed plenty of gameplay from Minecraft Dungeons II in new dimension The Sift, along with other fun Minecraft news. We’re launching in just a few days (Sept 29), and I am very proud of the game we’ve put together. I hope you’ll like it!

Had a great time showing Minecraft Dungeons II at Gamescom, and seeing players’ hands-on reactions first hand. It’s been a journey, and we’re very proud of the game we’ve made. So close to launch now!

Bad Magpie is one of the best-looking and most charming games I’ve seen. Truly delightful. I can’t wait to play it!

🐦‍⬛announcing Bad Magpie 🐦‍⬛ play as a magpie with one wing, a missing flock, and an unhealthy obsession with a fallen star… - steal shiny trinkets - cause chaos - stick your beak where it doesn’t belong coming day one to XBOX Game Pass and Steam in 2027 www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixtw...

Look I don’t post often but Diablo II Resurrected just got a new expansion. Wild, and fantastic. Easily one of my favourite games of all time. I remember eagerly awaiting the collector’s edition of the original, brought from abroad by family friends, more than 25 years ago. That’s some longevity.

The first Diablo was also the first game I spent significant time playing online, on a 28.8kb dial-up modem (and later ISDN). These games have brought me so much joy, and are such a big part of why I do what I do. And they’ve often inspired me in my own work.

How could we have forgotten Flywrench's birthday?? 10 years ago we launched this crazy space platformer on Steam and PS4. You can try the demo yourself and see what the "Very Positive" reviews are talking about store.steampowered.com/app/337350/F...

Holedown is one of my favourite games! You should absolutely take grapefrukt up on this, or if you are able to, just buy it outright instead. It’s absolutely worth it!

grapefrukt@grapefrukt.com

i have a bunch of promo codes for holedown on android that are about to expire. no sense in sitting on those! tell me why you need one and i'll hook you up.

I’m later than I should have been to Lorelei and the Laser Eyes, but @simogo.com have created something magical again. It gives me everything I loved from Device 6, which I still hold to be one of the best mobile games I’ve ever played.

Happy #Blocktober! Here's an early whitebox from the Frosted Fjord level of Minecraft Dungeons versus the finished product. I am *very* grateful to the talented people that turned this crude mash of blocks into a real moody place!

Got a good reminder of how fun it can be to play video games together in person today. Counter-Strike with friends at a gaming venue! Felt more or less the same as it would have in 2001.

Hello, I'm Måns! I'm a game director at Mojang, where I've worked on Minecraft Dungeons, Scrolls, the Minecraft Launcher and other things for the last 11 years. I used to be very active in Java4k (a 4kb programming competition) and Ludum Dare in the past, as well. #GameDev

I made an account here to join the exodus. It does remind me of early days Twitter, in a good way. But what do I post? It’s been a long time since I’ve been involved in indie games or jams. Work is mostly handled via other channels. Can I sustain an account with only pictures of my dog?

You are up to date.
