When using `autofocus` on an element inside a `<dialog>`, the browser implementations are a bit messy. Seems Chromiums struggle with `<dialog>` in shadow root, and Firefox and Safari struggle with slotted content. Will file bugs if I can’t find any. https://cdpn.io/pen/debug/PwbRmXE #HTML
