As Texas Democrats who fled to Illinois faced a bomb threat and warnings of federal arrests on Wednesday, Texas Rep. Ann Johnson warned that "everybody needs to pay attention" to the state's battle over redistricting.

I urge everyone to stop referring to Trump's "executive orders." Most of these are not legitimate and have no real legal effect. Instead of dignifying/normalizing them, let's call them what they are: dictator's decrees or imperial edicts, take your pick.
