Oddly enough, Michelle Tafoya seems like the perfect republican candidate; aggrieved, entitled and self aggrandizing.
Tafoya: "Working on Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football was the most exhausting work I've ever done. I don't think people really understand what it requires to be prepared for a broadcast."

Late stage capitalism is just a series of increasingly desperate scams.
If SpaceX acquires Tesla, Musk can grant himself his “trillion dollar” pay package without hitting any of the targets he was supposed to in order to earn that payout, a WSJ investigation of the deal terms has discovered: www.wsj.com/business/see...
The President of the United States is trying to kill our children. But if you read the Epstein Files this should come as absolutely no surprise to you.
Trump: "At one year, you should have 5 separate visits for vaccines rather than getting them all in the same day. I've seen proof of where they have a vaccination thing that looks like the size of a bottle of soda and pour it into a little child's body."

Kegseth is offering up a sacrificial lamb in the hopes of not taking the fall for trump’s Iran fiasco.
During a war with the leading state sponsor of terror, Trump has now fired the head of the Department of Homeland Security, the Attorney General and now, the Chief of Staff of the Army. Talk about regime change. www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...

When this regime has been resigned to the garbage can of history there will be men and women now in uniform who will be going to jail for the crimes they were ordered to commit. Whiskey Pete will have received his pardon and be commenting on their trials from the comfort of Fox studios.
Sir, I don't think "I brought my kids with me when I visited the pedophile's private island" is the exculpatory argument you seem to think it is.
VAN HOLLEN: Did you in fact make the visit to Epstein's private island? LUTNICK: I did have lunch w/ him as I was on a boat going across on a family vacation. My wife was with me as were my 4 children and nannies. We had lunch on the island. That's true. For an hour. We left with all of my children

Racism is not an unknowable disease of the heart, it's a provable set of actions and responses. That's why the @nytimes.com can't handle. For them to admit that Trump is racist would mean they'd have to admit they been carrying the water for a racist all these years. They won't ever do that.
Conservatives pre-January 24th 2026: "We need the Second Amendment so we can stand up to government tyranny!" Conservatives post-January 24th 2026: "Everyone knows if you're going to stand up to government tyranny don't bring your gun!"
Leavitt: Any gun owner knows when you are carrying a weapon and are confronted by law enforcement, you are raising the assumption of risk and the risk of force being used against you.

As a New Yorker I am devastated that Tiffany won't be gracing us with her presence. If I had know my vote for Mamdani was going to cost us the opportunity for Tiffany to dine in Time Sq, take selfies at the 9/11 memorial and wander aimlessly down our crowded sidewalks I would have voted differently.

It's funny, just this weekend my friends and I were sitting on the patio of our favorite wine bar in Pacific Heights, enjoying a delightful Napa chard and having a good laugh about that time we all so into coal. It used to be the fossil-fuel du jour and now it's completely fallen out of fashion!
Energy Secretary Chris Wright on Fox: "We're announcing today expanded programs to help the American coal industry. We're helping it because for years it has been under assault. It was out of fashion with the chardonnay set in San Francisco, Boulder, and NYC ... coal just makes the world go round."
