This election is not really a choice between two parties. Nor will it be a choice between the “left” and the “right.” The real choice is between ever more concentrated wealth and power at the top VS. more wealth and power in what used to be the American working middle class. Some thoughts 👇

In 2025, a majority of S&P 500 CEOs made more in 1 day than the median US worker made the entire year. Meanwhile, the median US worker would need to work 43,154 years to earn what Trump made in 2025 thanks to his crypto scams & various grifts. When I say the system is broken, this is what I mean.

We promised to protect Ukraine. We have failed them. Next time no one will agree to give up their nukes.

Great article by @qasimrashid.com. Stop using the “not all men” excuse. You don’t get a pass for not being a rapist. This is a crisis & MEN created it. MEN must have a hand in dismantling it. If you are male and are not angry about this, you need to do some serious self reflection. #IAmJaneDoe

He will get even more desperate before he is stopped. He has the power of immunity for himself, and the ability to pardon his henchmen, so they feel limitless. He’s warped the military and holds the codes to nuclear weapons. God help us.

We are projected to spend $268 BILLION on deportations — costing the average American taxpayer about $2,358 (according to @epi.org). But somehow we “can’t afford” to make sure hungry children can eat or ensure everyone, no matter their income, can access healthcare. Priorities.

The cyclospora outbreak has reached 17,180 cases across 48 states. The FDA has recalled 1.6 million eggs due to salmonella contamination. Screwworm cases continue to rise. And we’ve just surpassed 2,700 measles cases (including 2 recent deaths) — a 35 year high. “Make America Healthy Again.”

There it is. While you struggle to afford groceries, or find any that are edible, and pay thousands more every year in gas, rent, utilities, childcare, and healthcare, they are laughing all the way to the bank.

You’ve got to see this. Angie Nixon’s Café Resistance is so much more than a bookstore. It’s a community hub offering FREE tutoring, a food pantry, Black history classes, mentorship, mental health workshops, music lessons, healthcare resources and more.

You can see the exact second his brain opened the folder and only found a screensaver.

Yup. The dam is finally breaking as Massie, Cornyn, and others lost their primaries and personally felt the pain. It’s a small window for 7 months to unravel fascism (out of revenge and power politics, not justice, or love of democracy). A fortunate opportunity, due to trump’s stupidity.
