This is the future of programming. Doing a lot of prompting strategies and ending in a basic "my app is not shown" support case. Because this is what the deep level of knowledge we will have "it doesn#t work -> FIX IT!"... I'm bullish on AI-assisted but not AI-driven. Not now. Maybe in a decade

Eid Mubarak! May this Eid bring joy, unity, and countless blessings to all. Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed Eid. Ameen. #EidMubarak #Eid #Bayramkutluolsun

Can anyone tell me what is the crazy MCP use cases people use? I get the „this is an amazing standard replacing the need for any middleware“ + Cloudflare saying you can bunch of MCP servers on the edge, literally no need for Backends much. But where are the deep dives?

Is it just me or did the whole US „Trumpcession“ x Nazi Symbolik Elon x „more masculinity“ Zuck destroyed Social Media? I‘m basically exhausted of shitshow, toxic communication on most platforms. And if you‘re not an influence / techfluencer it‘s not worth much…

This once in a year worth tweet has to be shared regarding how famous podcasters are all mid-40 single white dudes telling everyone „the right way“ or whatever

Given Bluesky App allows open collaboration, what would it take to have a „LLM“ / Grok like Button here? And folks can just connect to 3rd party or going crazy with some local first smaller models (Phi,..)

The irony of the richest man in the world almost single-handedly destroying an agency designed to help the world’s poor, so that the U.S. federal budget has more room for another giant tax cut for the richest man in the world and his pals, should not be lost on anyone. [Cartoon by Mike Luckovich]

Crazy one a bunch if idiots are moving whole political conversation because shit talking „the others“ is always so much easier. Interestingly, it happens close to elections 🤷🏽‍♂️

To quote advertisers „You’re buying insurance, you’re not buying advertising,” said Lou Paskalis, an ad industry veteran and chief executive officer of the consulting firm AJL Advisory. So if you don’t buy ads at X you are going to get problems with Elon. When did society moved back to bullying?

How on earth would anyone fund and allow the richest person to buy one of the most crucial AI companies? I mean, really? Lex Luther definitely arrived folks…

Elon Musk's friends have infiltrated another government agency: the General Services Administration. His former employees are trying to use White House credentials to access GSA's tech, giving them the potential to remote into laptops, read emails, and more:

Oh look there is data showing what layoffs do with employees 24+ months after it. Imagine this: 2 years after layoffs it still has negative impact. So when you constantly do them What does it tell about culture? …

So Everyone: 2024 desth of Junior 2025 death of mid 2016+ death of senior ? I don’t believe in it on short-term 😅 Yet unbelievable how companies are pushing for getting rid of expensive engineering salaries. The faster the better… www.businessinsider.com/mark-zuckerb...

businessinsider.comMark Zuckerberg says AI could soon do the work of Meta's midlevel engineersMark Zuckerberg told Joe Rogan that Meta will eventually reach a point where all coding for its apps is done by AI.

Interesting how within 3-4 years some in BigTech moved from „people are an asset“ , „we are world class“ towards „We want to have less humans working for us…“

Coding Katas will be most underrated thing in 2025+. Similiar, to Architecture Katas. AI Coding Tools or Agents won’t work 100% correct, heck not even close to 50%. So how you gonna go out and fix something you prompted? So being able to jump in, trained like pilots👨‍✈️.

I totally get why stms people see LLMs as copy&paste on sterioids. When I tell DallE to surprise me with a picture including a superhero and Skelett based on past chat it creates basically Iron Man 😂

Merry Christmas for bluesky folks 🎄 Just hoping already that we can get through 2025 better together and not siloed egoistic…

Really interesting and cool project idea!

I made this free and open source dev tool: gitingest.com Replace "hub" with "ingest" in any github URL to get a text digest that you can feed into any LLM

If conversational UI is the interim solution, OS and Browsers are becoming more important even more. Browsing a page or asking questions or let LLM do tasks on a page means Browsers are hugely important now. On top, proper OS integrations will also mark an huge importance.

In this case I‘d say Operating Systems and even Browsers should apply a neutral role here. Pretty much: These parts should be NGOs (kind of Mozilla style) or non-profit style. It’s utopian and most libertarian/heavy metal capitalist will disagree. Yet, for society collectively that’s better #imho

Definitely a cool event meeting 1-2 ex co workers 😅 and getting my head packed with local-first stuff from #yjs #jazztools and #electric I‘m definitely sold on the idea of local-first 😬 Thanks to @schickling.dev organizing it!

Well turning 38 and hitting some health issues. Still, having a good bumpy run last years 😄 2025 looks already much more promising 💪🎉

I do get the LLM hype yet 200 bucks … I can get a lot of AI services doing same or better job for that money 😅 Worst-case: All other AI/LLM companies soon 10x prices…

One of the biggest problems with UI development is about to be solved! Customizable <select> brings allows us to create totally custom dropdowns with HTML and CSS. Accessible, gracefully degrades and requires no JS! 4.5 min video explainer + demo → www.youtube.com/watch?v=MA9W...
