One benefit of holding leaders accountable for crimes is that if Flávio Bolsonaro tries to overturn this election, he knows exactly where he’d end up. In prison, next to his father.

this is why we did a ton of polling on winning messages and what we found is that cracking down on corruption is really, really important for any cost-of-living argument because people straight up don't believe any of your promises if you don't show you're serious about accountability

If Democrats actually win big because people want a check on Trump corruption I expect every move to do so will be covered in the corporate media as being risky to their 2028 position.

My mom was diagnosed with cancer and it killed her within 2 months. It took every single member of my family to spend nearly every cent we had just to make sure my step father wasn't left homeless after everything was said and done. This was *with* insurance.

Sunreef Ultima 22 power catamaran. Not sure if it counts as frivolous since it would be my home, not something to sit unused pier side for 10 months out of the year. And I'd get the interior done with less hoity toity interiors, because of all the dogs.

question for the audience: if you were ultra rich (let’s say $25M), what completely frivolous thing are you buying?

You know, i never though about how weird it was that the Catholic Church had a Saint who they themselves martyred. Seems like kind of a loophole or something

I dont understand defending dirtbag leftists. being a piece of shit is literally in the name. If there was a group calling themselves "fuckwad liberals" i would assume they suck by how they describe themselves

Katie Zacharia isn't an attorney but calls herself one. Not good. But I don't think it's great that this is the thing much of the legal profession and media are up in arms about. White House lawbreaking, lies, corruption? It depends. Couch your language. Inappropriate credentialism? How DARE she!

Ex-boss filed a $12 theft charge against an ex-employee because she got a restraining order in response to his creepy behavior. Charge was never prosecuted, but it gave ICE an excuse to arrest and detain her. Congratulations to the 58 Democrats who voted for the Laken Riley Act. You own this.

The Israeli political consensus is that it is essential for the State of Israel to continue to deny self-government or self-determination to 33% of its population indefinitely, and virtually no mainstream American analysis will even engage with this.

If arresting Trump in 2022 meant we ended up with a Don Jr presidency that is probably still an improvement. Also points to how the government needs to go scorched earth on anyone involved in the Trump presidency

Jacob Rees-Mogg, the most stereotypically Tory conservative man of the 21st Century, responded to Suella Braverman with a long-form video criticizing her position and rejecting a race-based theory of Englishness, and in response has been ratioed by the increasingly feral British online far-right.

look, if you're worried about being remembered, don't try to pursue immortality or whatever, the smart move is to start selling substandard copper and then make sure anyone who complains deposits a physical copy of that complaint in a site that will later be archaeologically significant
