Filming federal agents in public is not a crime, nobody should be harassed or restrained for doing so, nobody should have their phone confiscated for it, and nobody should get the death penalty for it. This is supposed to be a free Republic, not an authoritarian police state.

DHS policy prohibits officers from shooting at a moving vehicle unless there is an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other reasonable means of defense exists. Officers are specifically instructed to move out of the path of a vehicle if possible.

The World Cup and the Olympics MUST be moved from the USA for the sake of the competitors and the audience. It is not safe even for white American citizens. America has become a dictatorship and the rule of law has been violated. Save the lives of all attendees.
