I'm well known for always accepting apologies, but I 100% do *not* accept any apology given by anyone who was involved with this—because I 100% don't accept that they didn't realize they were giving a religious imprimatur to the American who's closer to Satan than any American of my entire lifetime.

I had a religious education alongside my secular education up until age 16, so I'm intimately familiar with the idea that what gives a religious leader gravitas is the sense that they have admirable judgment.
