Over on tik tok talking about my most treasured possession vm.tiktok.com/ZGdyTQVae/

TWO DAYS left to respond to the UK Govt consultation on Copyright and AI. The AOI has created a brilliant guide to help with this - the consultation is onerous but their tips make completing it quick and easy for any creator, not just an illustrator. PLEASE ADD YOUR VOICE: theaoi.com/news/the-cop...

Still time to fill in this consultation - with handy tips from ALCS as it's a bastard to fill in otherwise (I filled it in before any guides were online and hoooo boy).

The story of snails Fergus and Shelby, who can magically transform into anything they want, #SnailsOfTheUnexpected by @cowfishdreams.bsky.social, illustrated by Brenda Figueroa, sounds like a whole heap of fun. Out 05/04, huge thanks to @fireflypress.bsky.social for this fabulous proof. 🐌 #KidlitUK

George and the Mini Dragon arrived today & I quickly read it so I can take it straight into school. Super cute illustrations by @mrtimdraws.bsky.social bring a really fun story to life, great use of makaton, & detail of a (hopefully) realistic inclusive school. Thanks to Scholastic! #DownSyndrome
