I don't know that there is a template or a "secret sauce" or a clear-cut lesson to take from this. But if there is one it's the idea of treating social media as the hostile territory that it is, of actually acting like you are a participant in propaganda warfare and not like a consumer.

By the way the database filled back up again in 4 days and it's all bots. The fact that the site owner has to eat the cost for this is actually a pretty big issue...

So a little over a year ago I made a forum and then just ignored it. Now the database for it has reached its limit of 250mb despite having no users, as the forum logs visits and enough bots visited to warrant 250 mb of space. Even after I cleaned the db a bit to get access to it it has 600k entries.

Some progress on this and I actually feel like I'm getting pretty close. I don't wanna make a body from scratch so she'll just be wearing what she's wearing..hair needs some more tweaking and horns are still missing but it's not too bad!

I built night clubs on VRChat and hosted raves. Yes ,VRChat has a weird rep now but I legitimately think this was cool as fuck when it actually went down. Being able to "go out" without having to worry about infection was so valuable

This is what it's like being on the internet right now. I shared the url for this forum with maybe 3 people in a "haha what if" and the rest just found me through the domain registration I guess? 42 of the bots were sophisticated enough to try registering as users. The rest, scrapers?

So if Battle Angel Alita, but instead of having a human brain Alita was a malfunctioning chatgpt instance, and we replaced Ido with a couple of gen z tumblr posters with no other redeeming qualities we get Knights of Guinevere. I really hope it picks up with future episodes :|

I dug up the eee and tapped on the keyboard actually because I wanted to know what a 11" keyboard feels like! Deciding between a 11 and 13" ipad, possibly. But if I'm gonna code on it I need it to be comfortable...11 is a bit small...but the size is so nice for doodling...can't decide.

As much as Adobe deserves to be dunked on I really hate the whole "hey claude please copy this software for me lmao" shit that's going around right now. We don't need vibe coded adobe copies when good alternatives already exist. I hate Adobe, and I hate vibe coding.
