House Republicans are trying to allow oil and gas companies to pay millions to bypass all environmental laws. This “pay to play” scheme is extremely dangerous and puts our local communities and landowners at severe risk.

Just a few weeks ago people were pitching Cory Booker as a front runner for the 2028 Dem presidential nomination. Tonight he was the only Senate Dem to vote to confirm Jared Kushner’s convict dad as ambassador to France. Sheesh.

House Republicans are trying to take away health care from nearly 14 million Americans and force community clinics to cut services or close. They also want to take away food assistance from kids, seniors, and veterans. @levin.house.gov explains more in today’s Democratic Daily Download.

If a foreign adversary snuck into our Federal budget and cut science research and education the way we’re cutting it ourselves — strategically undermining America’s long-term health, wealth, and security — we would likely consider it an act of war.
