AI isn’t making it harder to do deep work. It’s forcing us to admit that most of our work was never that deep.

Had a great time at Lenny and Friends Summit! I moderated two roundtables on how to AI-pill your organization, and the conversations were so good. We’re all experimenting and learning together. Sharing what failed is just as important as sharing what worked.

I'm heading to SF today for a company onsite + I'll be hosting a roundtable discussion at Lenny & friends Summit! If you're around, I'd love to meet!

Quite the turnout at last night's NebraskaJS in Lincoln! We demo'd several AI workflows from developer and non-developers. Truly inspiring to see how this technology is reinventing work!

I made the mistake of telling my 7 year old that "el jefe" means "the boss" in Spanish. Now he's going around saying "I'm el jefe!"

Remember NoScript? Claude Code without --dangerously-skip-permissions feels like surfing the web with NoScript enabled.

AI’s value lives at the intersection of copy and paste. Nothing feels more like magic than when it works without you as the go-between.
