There used to be this place called Hog and Rocks in SF. They had this amazing burger that was infused with the ends of cured pork. They made a Penicillin: ginger and lemon and honey and scotch, perfect. They had fries coated in egg yolk. Deviled eggs w/ fried oyster on top
