In Serbia, pro-russia candidate Aleksandar Vučić conceded defeat in parliamentary elections. Putin, the leader of fascist russia, hates democracy because sometimes citizens live up to their human dignity and liberate themselves from slavery to Moscow. We can only hope Americans get this message.
