After winning the #MMSPatchQuest PS5 at #MMSMOA, we decided to hold onto it and make it part of our son’s Junior High graduation. Today we surprised him with it and his reaction was priceless he even shed a few tears. Thanks, @patchmypc.com, for being part of the memory. ❤️

#MMSMOA is over, all that’s left is to get on a plane and travel home. No more early morning sessions or late night chats at #FireLake. To new and old friends, safe travels home. We shall see you again next year, or perhaps in the fall at #MMSMidway.

Thank you to all the organizers, speakers, sponsors and most of all the Endpoint Management community for making this conference possible.

It’s a beautiful day in #YEG and the journey to #MMSMOA has begun. See you all after dinner. Looking forward to seeing and talking to everyone. Safe travels to all who are travelling this weekend. #YEG-#YYZ-#MSP

Outside of the giant Canada flag hung by the @albertandp on the Federal Building, the flags on the Alberta Legislature are those of Alberta, the Lieutenant Governor and the Royal Union. Canada flag no where to be seen on the building durning Canada Day. #CanadaDay2025

A special place in hell is reserved for those who prey on young teens new to social media, tricking them to gain access and steal their accounts. Despicable. #OnlineSafety #ProtectOurYouth

Organization that allow youths to sign up, should enhance efforts in ensuring robust account security and greater ability to restore access, including real support options not sure meaningless support pages.

Woke up while the stars will still out and the sun was sleeping to start my journey to @mmsmoa.bsky.social. Arrived in Denver, short layover and now onboard for #MSP. Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones. Oh and hearing about all that is new. Safe travels everyone!

Finally! Microsoft just shared an update on the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. There's not much meat in it but it hints at Microsoft working on making it available again for free (don't quote me on this). More details below

So it's not actually reciprocal tariffs. It's a temper tantrum because US consumers want things from there parts of the world.

Keep telling yourself that. I don't think Trump, Vance, or most Americans understand how much pain we're willing to endure to outlast them on this. We know it's going to hurt a lot and for a long time. We don't have another choice though. This is about our existence and we are not going to give in.

She didn't know about nearly half a billion dollars worth of contracts? For perspective, that's about 5% of the ENTIRE AB Health budget. Not only do I not believe that she didn't know, if she truly didn't, think about how badly mismanaged this is. Especially given the importance she ascribed.

All this echo-chamber stuff really misses the mark for me. I didn't come to BlueSky for it's political leanings, frankly, I hope to escape all that I just want a place to enjoy, and I hadn't enjoyed Twitter in years, even before Elon, and it only got worse after.

Ok I just deleted that windows post (which had almost thousand likes (!?) just while I slept) I'm not interested in spending today having people tell me what to do. I have 30 years in IT & admined a 100 system windows shop and have also run numerous Linux distros. I know what I'm doing & why.

My one constructive criticism on BlueSky, as a community: we need to “like” less and “retweet” more. In the absence of an algorithm, that’s the way we find each other and reward good content.

Why are Trump supporters not wanted ? You dont have to follow them. You can block them. You can filter words. Don’t you want @bsky.app to have all perspectives ? I certainly do. As long as it’s civil. Why not welcome different viewpoints ?

Lishoné@lishone.bsky.social

I don't understand Trump supporters. Why come where you are not wanted. It's odd. Witness me syndrome in the worst way.

Stephen Harper is now in charge of investing Albertans’ public sector pensions. And Heritage Fund. We are all better off if $170 billion is stewarded by folks without blazing political opinions. It’s not in the public interest for any of this to be politicized. #ableg www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...
