Hey, the new episode goes up on Thursday where I'm covering Ghostbusters 2, so why not dip back into the archives and re-listen to when I covered the first Ghostbusters novelization? It is newly added to the CFC podcast feed. Check it out.

If anyone is curious about how deep my podcast prep goes, here's all the snacks and drinks I'd have at my Slumber Party for each of the five time slots (6:00pm, 8:00pm, 10:00pm, Midnight and 2:00am...) To hear my movie choices, listen to the episode!

Was supremely stoked to guest on today’s @vhuspodcast.bsky.social where I got to pal around with host Dirk and Ryan (@newworldpicpod.bsky.social) to plan out our perfect middle school slumber party horror movie marathons. Such a fun discussion! www.vh-us.com/episodes/hor...

It’s a chicken place, obviously. They had tenders and sangwiches. But also some cool things like an Indian Naan chicken Taco, and Tostitos walking nachos. And some interesting craft drinks and a honey peach Mtn Dew flavor called Sweet Lightning. I like the idea…but ultimately underwhelming.

Wait…what the hell is this?

"What is the movie that came out before you were born that you’ve watched the most times?" Good question. Including holiday rewatches it’d be the same as Mike; either White Christmas or a Universal Monster movie. Take holidays away, and it’s probably something like The Thin Man.

Michael Maycabre 🎃@michaelmay.bsky.social

"What is the movie that came out before you were born that you’ve watched the most times?" If I take out annual holiday watches like White Christmas, it's gonna be an old horror movie like King Kong, Nosferatu, or any random Universal monster movie. No idea which of those it would be.

boxd.itA ★★★ review of Dracula A.D. 1972 (1972)So I watched the first Hammer Dracula last week.  I was going to go through the others but Christopher Lee drops out for a few movies, then Peter Cushing drops out.  They aren’t both in a Dracula movi...

I’m jumping a few movies in the Hammer Dracula series. This is the first time since the first one both Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing are in it. AND they move it to “modern day” 1972!!! It’s sooo MOD.

Cop: “How’d this young lady die?” Coroner: “It’s anybody’s guess. But someone tried to drain her body of all her blood.” IDK, maybe *that* is the cause of death?
