Honestly. And should include real dollar comparisons - for example the recent cancellation of Medicare Prescription coverage for which the entire year cost is equal to two days of the Iran war. Put in these terms, voters have a chance of really understanding.
Hey Lincoln Project! How about sending out postcards that look like campaign flyers for Republicans until you read them and the text lists things like "voted to take away your health insurance"... Then concludes with "if you want to continue to get great service, vote for me"

The largest conservation areas in the U.S. are in the Pacific Ocean, where tiny islands are epicenters of biodiversity. The Trump administration is now opening their waters to commercial fishing, sparking a battle over some of the country’s most pristine ecosystems.

Donald Trump still has absolutely no idea what he was trying to do, how he was going to do it, why he wasn't able to do it, or what he's going to do next to try to fix what he has no idea he broke. He's a delusional, crackbrained, and deranged moron. It's just that simple.
Breaking News: President Trump has set aside, at least for now, plans to sharply escalate the American military assault against Iran.

I read a little about King Felipe of Spain. He is certified by all three military branches as a helicopter pilot, as well as fighter jets. He has a law degree, and a Masters of international Relations from Georgetown. Speaks four languages fluently. Trump is way beyond embarrassing.
The champions of the world, joined by the embarrassment of the world.
Saying "He doesn't deserve you" is quite possibly the best suggestion I've ever heard for what to try saying to a Trump voter.
A lot of us know people - good people - who may have believed the promises they were told about "draining the swamp" or "no new wars." Now is the time to reach out to them. Not to say, "I told you so," but to say, "He doesn't deserve you."

What bothers me most is that talented people as much as three generations younger are routinely denied opportunities to hone their skills. A true disservice. These people who are still sharp could be applying their skills and experience in other ways without blockading seats until they drop dead.
I must admit. I know little about FIFA other than the prestigious peace prize as well as astronomical levels of corruption. But are all the players actual citizens of the country they play for? Or just hired by the team? If all the teams are international, what is the point of a "US team" anyway?
This is ridiculous. Balogun shouldn't have been sent off. But the idea that the White House is devoting more effort to strong-arming FIFA than it has to reducing housing and healthcare costs is revolting.
Mark my words - there will be a run on Social Security which will make it all worse, faster. What is a run on Social security? It is masses of people who will choose to start pulling their own or spouse Social Security at age 62, that otherwise would have waited.
With draconian cuts making it harder for low-income adults to access key federal nutrition and health programs, the projected Social Security shortfall could not be coming at a worse time. trib.al/SXu5BTl
There are some very good reasons ranging from large to small to catastrophic - why air traffic doesn't fly over DC.
Trump just submitted a $87.6 billion supplemental to cover the $67 billion cost of his Iran War plus his latest bailout for farmers to add to his proposed $1.5 trillion military budget and we’re only $39 trillion in debt so what the hell just put it on our tab.

The fact that any senator at all voted to confirm him - clearly unqualified, mentally ill - is despicable. I had higher expectations of them than of Trump. But that action is unforgivable, for eternity.
Beyond the occasional public upbraiding, can anything be done to stop him? “There is such a tide of bad things that have happened that the occasional victory here and there, it’s better than nothing, but nobody feels like it’s adequate." trib.al/nsQ5HOc

Yes. But don't forget the roles that McConnell and Senate Republicans played. Or that of RGB herself, for that matter. I'm so incredibly sick of being ignored by the DNC on the topics we all need addressed such as term limits and age/infirmity limits.
The season of frenzy about a new SCOTUS justice is starting. If Justice Alito or anyone else retires, it means President Trump could appoint a fourth justice—well on his way to a SCOTUS majority. It doesn’t have to be this way. This moment tells us the system needs reform. 1/

Well he is scared now, or angry, right? That Iran wants the world now to pay for oil in yuan and also for all ships to pay a toll in yuan. Very likely they are willing to pay. So Trump has now realized he may collapse the dollar by his war. At least that was my take, but it isn't being mentioned.
Trump will blockade all shipping thru Straits. Disaster for our Gulf allies. Will skyrocket global price of oil. LNG. Fertilizer. Stop cargo imports to Gulf States. Absorb huge US military resources. Trump believes this is very clever.
No regime change? They already stopped talking about the 25th amendment even after the Ending Iranian Civilization posts that he clearly meant? So I have wait another week for the next crisis for them to bring it up again? Definition of Insanity.
So there’s no regime change, we lift all sanctions against them going back decades, they retain missile and drone capabilities, they control the strait and can charge tolls, and keep their enriched uranium. So much for “unconditional surrender.”
I agree, but they must also be wondering as I am why we Americans ourselves are all so complacent? Where is Congress? Where is military leadership? Where is the cabinet (such as it is?) Where are corporate leaders? Where are the Christian and other leaders? Where is the media, even the Trump media?
Where is the global outrage and condemnation as Trump threatens war crimes on a massive scale? Not just Iran, but the entire Int’l legal system is in peril. World leaders must take a stand.

Start calling them DEI trophies for Trump on the media, and I'll bet they stop.
It’s a sight to behold: the awarding to the president of the United States a series of participation trophies. I thought conservatives hated participation trophies, which derive from that oh-so-liberal instinct to protect children’s feelings. trib.al/JftkuJN
Good. Don't forget to include removing Trump's name from buildings as the single most mentioned name in the Epstein files other than Epstein. Btw where are the rest of the files that were all supposed to be released by law, by.... Nov 19, 2025 wasn't it?
Many campus buildings across the U.S. are named after people associated with Jeffrey Epstein, including the billionaires Leslie Wexner, Howard Lutnick and Steve Tisch. Students, faculty and alumni at several colleges, including Ohio State University and Harvard, are demanding the names be removed.

Without breaking confidences, many of them noted how deeply this affected their lives -- driving them out of chosen fields of study, or just traumatizing them as they continued to navigate a male-dominated world, and their own relationships. Even if they escaped the worst, a psychic meat grinder.,
So. Exposing potential pedophiles as well as enablers who knew or suspected but said nothing - pedophiles and enablers who should be equally reviled by all and prosecuted, no matter the party affiliation of the offender - exposing them would damage the GOP according to Rep. Clay Higgins
Clay is worried that releasing the Epstein files will “injure the Republican Party.”
