Pensions get tripled locked, and young people get triple boned.
Labour now briefing young people won't get the same minimum wage uplift. Even Starmer didn't break this pledge. Workers rights mean same rights, pay & conditions, same rate for the same job. What does this Labour government have against young people? inews.co.uk/news/politic...
The SNLUK skit about Nigerian Wicked is so good and so funny and y'all aren't talking about it enough. youtu.be/3cPVqcS-6Lw?...

I'm curious what context this is, like... What an insane quote. Problem is it could be anything from him wanting to sink the boats through to wanting to build a third runway at heathrow, and a screenshot of a tweet of a quote from an interview provides none of that context.
Yeah, bad news folks: you know how everything in Britain has been increasingly generous, functional, rational, pleasant and generally awesome for the last twenty years or so? Well I’m afraid the party is over for you greedy pigs: it’s time for you to suck up some real pain. Thanks
Microsoft has a market cap of nearly $4tr and yet it also needs to layoff a quarter of its workforce. The global economy is so boned.
Microsoft is offering buyouts to about 60,000 employees in latest cost cuts, roughly a quarter of its workforce, as the company tries to control its head count while avoiding layoffs ➡️ www.seattletimes.com/business/mic...
I stopped using teflon pans years ago and havent looked back. Cast iron/stainless steel are the best. You can then also use metal utensils.

Wow people are weirdly antagonised by this - either because "its obvious" or because "its too complex". Its an opinion piece, so in that regard it was successful. 2D drawings of molecules are always, inherently, a flawed simplification. Which model you use depends on what you need
There’s a moment in every chemist’s life when you realise you’ve been told fairytales. Maybe one turning point, maybe a series of small realisations throughout your education. Guillermo Restrepo reflects on one such example: how we draw molecules. #ChemSky www.chemistryworld.com/opinion/stop...

He claims here that other states have a law saying "somebody with the same name can't run." That is false. In no state is that the law, and it would be unconstitutional. You can have rules about how the ballot is disambiguated, you can't say nobody else with a similar name is allowed to run at all.
BASH: What's the crime? AG TODD BLANCHE: What's the crime? Well it depends. There *could* be a crime. But the real wrong here is that Alaskans are gonna be confused. BASH: The Alaskan Supreme Court ruled 4 months ago on this matter
