Trump’s inauguration marks a dangerous step toward right-wing populism. To counter it, we must offer hope: green investment, secure jobs, public services, and climate action. The far right thrives on despair; we must show democracy delivers real change.

Trump's inauguration should mark a turning point. Time for the UK to stop trying to ride the US's coattails and start working with those who share our values and want the things we want.
