Real human artists getting accused of being AI may actually be the most dystopian element of the problem of AI generated art.
Wow. LOISH got accused of using Ai to make her art. I started following her on early deviantart. I remember first seeing her paintings in college. This is ridiculous, no one is safe. Artists Ive followed for actual decades are getting harassed because their work has been stolen and regurgitated.

For nearly two years, I've been investigating a pattern of ominous legal letters sent to journalists by defamation counsel representing Bobby Kotick. That investigation is finally live. www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKwp...

Trump: "Please right your right hand. I pledge to the greatest president in the history of the United States. That loves us so much he can't even breath. That I will go out with my family, my friends, I'll do it any way - I don't care if I'm registered or not, I'm going to try to cheat like hell..."

I also want to add that every single time ICE has physically hurt me, they have grabbed me by my chest. Most of my femme friends have said the same. I will not be surprised if / when we find out about twisted sexual assaults conducted by ICE agents with these gloves.
Wow. Proponents of the ICE taser gloves are openly saying that one reason they love the gloves is that they doesn’t leave any marks or proof that they were used, making it harder for people to sue when they’re shocked excessively.
Show this to any MAGA turds you still know.
Is this just business as usual in politics? No. Approval rates of federal disaster aid requests were about the same regardless of the state and did not vary much with the party of the President. This graph powerfully conveys the scale of the partisan discrimination now.

This song is still an absolute banger. Thinking about this series, it makes me sad to contemplate how badly the MMO genre has regressed and failed to deliver on its promise from 20 years ago :(. www.youtube.com/watch?v=urNy...
I'm getting so fucking sick of these evil greedy corporations making insane profits and still laying people off. This literally needs to be made illegal and I'm not exaggerating in the slightest.
Toy Story 5 is on the verge of crossing $1B and will likely go on to become the highest-grossing film in the entire series. But sure, let's lay off Pixar folks. 80.lv/articles/pix...

Last week for 80 Level, we published an exclusive interview with Cliff Bleszinski. Today, we've got a deep dive into sandbox game design with MMO pioneer Raph Koster. For those who don't know, Koster was lead designer on Ultima Online and creative director on SWG! ▶️ 80.lv/articles/int...

IMHO, the Supreme Court is a *bigger* problem than Trump, and it should be the primary target for reform. Trump and Congress would both be very different under a law-abiding SCOTUS, which would have stopped government action clearly animated by racism and racially gerrymandered districts.
The new racist double standard set up by Alito in the TPS ruling: if there’s any other motive in addition to the racism, the racism doesn’t count, but if the state wants to *prevent* discrimination against black people, that is racist and unconstitutional www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...
