Be careful listening to anyone getting genuinely angry or upset about the UB stuff with Magic. Does it make Magic less Magic? Yes. Is it overdone already? Yeah. Is it going away? No. It isn't. If you like the IP, get the stuff- if you don't, don't. Either way, enjoy Magic how you want.

Be careful following and listening to accounts on here from some MTG people. There's a person whose posts are blowing up and all they are doing is kicking and pounding sand over the fact Magic had crossovers now. I'm not saying you can't like it, but acting like that changes nothing. Be better.

Speaking of MTG- looking for Clive tech. I want to draw cards, fight stuff, and win the game. Show me some ideas for building my Devotion, getting haste, and creating interesting loops on the casual side of Commander. I want to be the best Shield of Rosaria I can be.

Magic: the Gathering's biggest strength has always been it's biggest weakness. Players. Your experience with them will make or break your experience. Person at your LGS gave you cards and showed you the ropes? You stay. Person at your LGS smells, cries, and dramatic? You go. Never to return.

Alright Chobani- I have a complaint. How in the actual fuck did you guys fuck up Cookie Dough coffee creamer? Listen, I love coffee. I'm open-minded. It's not even that it's bad- but it's not remotely correct. It's just hazelnut creamer with chocolate and peanut flavor added. It's off and weird.

Visiting one's home town after they have left it and they've gotten much older is like revisiting the tutorial area of a video game after you've hit a significantly higher level. It's never as big or magical as you remember it- but it's a simpler place where things feel familiar and comfortable.

One of the biggest curses of getting older is being unable to sleep because one single thing is wrong with your body. It could be you drank caffeine accidentally before bed, or perhaps you hurt yourself that day and the pain is too much for you to rest with. Sometimes, it's a cold. Fuck.

Getting my new PC set up and I will say this much: Windows 11 install is a breeze- but it takes a ton of work to make a breeze. Your motherboard might not be TPM 2.0 compatible- and worse, you might have a ton of issues you gotta fix before you can make it a breeze. Microsoft- do better.

Orcish Lumberjack is one of the most cheap and insane one-drops I have seen in Commander in quite a bit. If you are mostly G/r or G/X/x, and you support lands as a theme, you want this card or at the very least consider it. It can let you get insane plays. It feels better than Sol Ring sometimes.

It feels nice to not have to scroll quickly past all the fake blue checks pooping at the top of all my comments. I’m here to stay.

Recently picked up the Anbernic RG35XXH- the horizontal form factor was a preference. That said, immediately installed MuOS- easily one of the best community-created things out there, and it feels so fleshed out. Ambernic needs to get on the ball software side- hardware is awesome still though.

Bluesky uses AI internally to assist in content moderation, which helps us triage posts and shield human moderators from harmful content. We also use AI in the Discover algorithmic feed to serve you posts that we think you’d like. None of these are Gen AI systems trained on user content.

A number of artists and creators have made their home on Bluesky, and we hear their concerns with other platforms training on their data. We do not use any of your content to train generative AI, and have no intention of doing so.
