McGowan: Donald Trump has a low approval rating because everybody's life is quantifiably worse since he came into office the second time. He lied about lower prices on day one. He lied about no new wars. He lied about his health care plan. ... Like, this isn't a winning message.

Americans are paying more for just about everything. Health care, gas, groceries, housing. And what did Republicans prioritize? Tax cuts for the wealthy. We’re not giving up until health care is affordable and accessible for everyone.
