I stumbled on this 'Top 10 requested playable WoW races', but it was all in German, so used the good ol' translator, and of course, Sethrak was among the listed next to Ogres, Naga, Arakkoa! 'Elegant snakes with more charisma than half of Orgrimmar' LMAO
