Pretty slick trick by Musk. Sounds like doing a good thing. There are 72 million minors in US. He owns 6.42 billion shares right now. 48.4% of outstanding shares. He will keep voting control of the shares & write off the value of "donated" shares. That's a $10.64 billion check from taxpayers
