I prefer Standard Time year round, but a compromise of moving the clocks ahead a half hour and leaving them there permanently would be ok with me.

Libertarians: Flock cameras are bad. They can be misused. They need to be banned Also Libertarians: you can’t ban guns just because some people misuse them.

Flock cameras are a domestic violence issue. Of the four police officers noted in this article, at least two were stalking partners. The other two were disciplined for “concerning behavior”. In my years safety planning with victims of domestic violence… 1/ www.bostonglobe.com/2026/08/21/b...

But the government doesn’t have enough money for school lunches or Medicare prescription subsidies. The United States values killing people in other countries over keeping people alive in our own.

When technology becomes all too much, Sometimes you need to step back. Sadly now If you do, You'll be excluded from mainstream society as there is no alternative backup. We have allowed everything to become 'Smart' from telephones to washing machines. So when the system crashes, Who will help you?

CNN’s propagandist Jake Tapper doesn’t seem at all interested in reporting about the orange felon’s very obvious and clear deteriorating health, he was much more interested in attacking President Biden’s age and mental capabilities whilst he was actually doing good work. Scumbag.

The richest man owns X. The second and third richest men control Google. The fourth richest man owns The Washington Post. The seventh richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. And now the sixth richest could soon take over both Paramount and Warner Bros. See the problem here?

I will always be convinced that somehow someone went back in time to 2016, stepped on a butterfly and set off a chain reaction that replaced President Hillary Clinton with this insane timeline. Something is wrong here.

In a sane administration, the FBI Director doesn’t go on the morning news to prove he’s not a drunk, the Defense Secretary doesn’t quote Tarantino to prove he’s a man of God, and the President doesn’t take multiple cognitive exams to prove he’s not insane.

Until something is done about Fox News, a significant part of this country will continue to support the slime that is today’s GOP. Trouble is, I don’t know what can legally be done. The people that use Fox and Facebook as their news source are detached from reality.

8 Million protesters yesterday at #NoKings. No police beaten with flag poles. No fire extinguishers thrown at other humans. No vandalism or theft. No racist flags. No zip ties. No death threats. No pipe bombs. No poop smeared on walls. That's what happens when mature, civilized people protest.

The OP has turned off replies so I can’t reply directly Doc. 2024 is not the example you want to use. Biden screwed us up by trying to run when he should have dropped. By the time he did, the primaries were over.
