I think spellcheck should give you points for at least getting the letter right even if they're not in the right order. Spellcheck should also ask "are you sure?" any time you type "there", "their", or "they're".

We're seeing first hand proof that most of online MAGA is just Russian bots. This idea that MAGA is a huge chunk of the country is an illusion.

Trump keeps doing and saying stupid things, but we need to keep our eye on the election. Dems need to do whatever they can to stop Trump and MAGA and ICE from interfering.

"If you don't know, I won't tell you" sounds unreasonable at first, but what it really means is "there's too much I would need to catch you up on".

I'm all for the free market, but when companies specifically block governments services to protect profits, that's not actually a free market.

As a web developer, the greatest frustration was with clients or executives who REALLY did not understand the web or how sites worked. I wish I'd kept notes about all the stupidity, I could write a comedy best seller.

Dems, change your vocabulary: Not Authoritarian, but Dictator. Not Socialism, but Public Services. Not Oligarchy, but Rich Donors.

Hours after Axios floated him as Vance’s 2028 running mate, Sen. Eric Schmitt accused Jack Smith of perjury over an Atlanta Hawks game. But Schmitt hadn’t double checked his work. My write-up in the link in the comments.

Some background: A24 pissed off one of the internet’s largest horror communities when it announced it was working on an SCP Foundation film, but apparently hadn’t bothered to contact the SCP Wiki team, nor did it commit to releasing it under a Creative Commons license as required.

theverge.comA24’s reputation is on the line with the SCP Foundation movieA24 is claiming ‘worldwide rights’ to a film that has to be released under a Creative Commons license.

Juice used the gravity of our home planet to alter its route to Jupiter using very little fuel. The flyby deflected Juice by an angle of 20° compared to its pre-flyby path and increased its velocity by 3.5 km/s. 🔭 🧪

So I watched the first ep of "Paradise" and it was soooo boring. Then at the end it turns into "Silo"? Is it worth continuing?

Dear kids. Adults are just guessing, some are doing the best they can, some aren’t. No one gives us a book on how to be a grownup when we turn 18. Our parents were supposed to get us ready, but they never do.

Trump: "I’m surprised CNN is here is covering me. You shouldn’t be here.” CNN’s Kaitlan Collins: “The United Nations allowed us in, sir.”

As a kid I saw a lot of American Xianity as being about loving thy neighbor. Then when wages stagnated, we started seeing "prosperity gospel". Which of course led to it being more conservative, and now we're at the Trad Wife phase.

In 2024 there were 245M eligible voters. 75M voted for Kamala. 170M could have stopped Trump. So if I tell some random adult American Trump is their fault, it's a 7 out of 10 chance I'm right.

@aaup.org @biblioracle.bsky.social & Katie Rainwater nails what everyone misses. Heritage Foundation hates college full stop. They bash DEI to get in the door, but the point is to close the door on everyone. That's why they want to own accreditation. Say no today: docs.google.com/document/d/1...

OK, whose daughter had a slumber party where they stood in front of a mirror and said "Mitch McConnell" three times. Because that's the ONLY explanation.

McConnell is effectively dead. He's clearly nonfunctional. He should be able to respond to reporters or constituents but he clearly can't. He shouldn't be in office.

Crowds took to the streets of Dublin to protest Trump’s visit to Ireland, with demonstrators invoking Trump’s ties to Epstein and his alliance with Netanyahu.

Dear @democrats.org, sarcasm and satire are bad messaging. Say what you actually mean. Describe Trump accurately, and tell people your policies. And winning an election is not the same as passing a political science course.
