All Hipkins should have said You’re distracting from the big issues all people in New Zealand have a story to tell and we are here to listen to all people If pushed- he replies Key & Muldoon did it That’s why he’s not a leader leaders can explain a complex issue simply and he couldn’t

Labour fucked this up biggly

Even worse your daily charge may jump by 150% in April once the low user tariffs are gone (taking $2.7 as the new charge): www.rnz.co.nz/news/busines... From 2022 that's a 900% increase of the daily charge for low users. ($109.5 -> $985.5/year).

#nzpol Simple explanation. Power here primarily generated by water being pushed over dam making turbines turn. Dams & turbines were built by previous generations for us. Sadly, in interim, price of gravity (required to push water over dam) has soared. So cost must be passed on to consumers. 🙏🏾.

Luxon: is a terrible leader Hipkins: Hold my L&P

Chris Hipkins is probably the only living person who could manage to make an entire election news cycle focus on how shit he is as a leader when the other major story is the kids hospital doing hunger games to see which kids get to survive. FHMR

70 percent of the internet was vulnerable yesterday to very bad security flaws inside a coding language. Turns out, *one volunteer* is mostly responsible for maintaining that code & helping push updates. Yesterday Ondřej Surý saved the internet. So I called him up www.theatlantic.com/technology/2...

Tesla is a failing car company which is wild given where its been the last decade The CT has some amazing tech in, a good 800v arch, 56v low voltage system, network, steer by wire etc Just doesnt seem like that will be translated to a useful smaller vehicle they will sell globally

consider that Labour should have been 10 points up in the polls at this stage of the election, and the choices by Hipkins and Labour that got us to a position where the *incredibly predictable smear campaign* is meaningful, is a central Labour leadership issue first and foremost
