It's annoying to be a reviewer, and suspect you are reading something an AI author has written, or to be an author and suspect you are reading what an AI reviewer has written. A system where humans volunteer time to engage with AI products is not going to last.

@brianbeutler.bsky.social it is WILD that the Democrats can’t muster 1/100th of this outrage and seem to be unable to understand how much righteous anger like this inspires people. Whoever this guy is should be out there every day saying this stuff somewhere

You don't have to subscribe to the great man of history thesis to acknowledge that individuals at point stand athwart history, and their decisions can be decisive. Thus the moral failure of Mitch McConnell.

This hits me hard. It hits Texans hard. Big Bend is our Eden. These fuckers.

Mike Davidson, a tour guide in Big Bend, told Newsweek; "They might as well send a bulldozer through the graveyard where my parents are buried or something like that. It hits me very strongly." Soulless, wretched people are responsible for this. They have to go. www.newsweek.com/bulldozers-p...

The New York Times gets criticized regularly. Much of the criticism (eg, headlines or ledes that bend over backwards to be 'balanced') is deserved. But it has gone a long way in helping to protect democracy from Trump. See the reflecting pool article this morning.

WOW -- Danish reporter *goes there* with Rutte "You sit next to Trump when he talks about conquering Greenland, lashes out at allies like Spain -- things it doesn't seem like the old Mark Rutte would approve of. Does this have any affect on your self-respect when you sit there and say nothing?"
