I will admit to being unfamiliar with this case, just note the article says Bill Ackman gave Sabatini $25 million in 2023 $25 million donation *because* he was accused of sexual harassment!!

American centrism Is always amusingly dumb. “Iran War” lol.

US-Israeli and Iranian strikes have hit oil facilities, igniting fires that covered Tehran in thick black smoke. And these strikes are also affecting the Persian Gulf. Attacks on ships and oil infrastructure in the waterway have produced oil spills visible from space. https://cnn.it/3WK4twE

Plenty of my family are confused to find out my father has been dead for almost 10 years, because they talked to him last week Maybe I’m too intolerant of different political opinions, or maybe I’m 30 years late for the man who broke a toy that a child used to defend their head from his knuckles.

I was signed up for the “new AI search engine” for our intranet I disabled the AI results when it took 60 seconds to produce results *that constantly keep re-organizing* and still didn’t include the employee training site, which is called “Learning Center”. My search prompt was “learning center”

I have had to use AI at work recently bc I volunteered for a pilot program in our department bc all the other people on the project were pro-AI and I was like “this team needs a skeptic.” It is week 7 of an 18 week trial and so far every person on the project has decided it isn't worth using.

I don’t watch much TV. Does Israel make genocide-praising hate films with heroes, like the U.S. did with John Wayne and many other Westerns?

Bsky not big in India

Omair Ahmad@omairahmad.bsky.social

Tens of thousands of protestors are facing off against tens of thousands of police in the capital of India, as they demand the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner who has illegally deleted millions of people from India's electoral rolls. Biggest democracy story on the planet, not in BSky.

Texas is now allowing anyone to use tax-free dyed diesel on-road. Typically tax-free dyed diesel is for off-road use only (farms, equipment, etc). Texas is also asking EPA to waive rules on ULSD. However, allowing more sulfur will likely lead to engine damage on newer vehicles.

Just helping with editing here. These bots aren’t sentient. They’re doing what they’re programmed to do. OpenAI, a private company supposedly bound by laws, committed federal crimes.

I’m sorry, but if you bring an iced coffee - or any damn beverage at all - to a job interview, you’re disqualified. It’s not hard, people.

I have beans, yall. I already had milk. We’re making bread this weekend. Yes, I also got cat food.

“What are they going to do? Not pay us to watch sports?” - sports I’m only affected because gambling and drug ads are literally cancer in broadcast media. I do not watch your sportsball.

Sean@stholeary.bsky.social

You can trace the decline of American society through DraftKings/FanDuel ads. In 2015 when they first infected sports, fans were so mad they stopped. In 2026 every league & network gets a cut, so fans are still mad but we're forced to suffer. The customer is always wrong, now.
