ONE WEEK OUT — and Democrats have the wind at their backs. Both parties now expect a Democratic House. The Senate is still a knife fight. The stunning part: Dems now think they could lose as few as ONE House incumbent. But momentum means nothing if we stay home. Vote early. Donate. Volunteer. 💙

El-Sayed on Trump's cognitive tests: "I went to medical school...In my neurology unit, I would have to give that MoCA exam...The only people that you give a MoCA test to are people who you worry may have cognitive deficits. By definition, if you're taking one of those tests, something's wrong."

Dan Sullivan is trying to sell Alaska to the highest bidder. He wants to bring in data centers that will drive up energy prices while his family business profits. Alaskans already can’t afford to heat their homes this winter. We can’t afford more of his self-serving agenda.

It's really important to pay attention to the fact that Lula beat the fascist candidate not by compromising and trying to meet fascist voters in the middle, but by sticking to his guns, promising prosecutions for election interference, and mobilising his own voters to turn out in greater numbers.

Of course the adjudicated rapist couldn't care less about someone being raped.

Q: Now that you know the backstory about Amy Acton and her stepfather and why she hasn't talked to her mom in so long -- her stepfather was indicted for rape -- do you change your mind about the ad? TRUMP: No. No. It's a mother speaking badly against Amy Acton. You don't know anything.

Trump's Attorney General Todd Blanche on the Epstein files: We've made mistakes. A reviewer maybe didn't redact a name when they should have. If Trump was in the Epstein files, you think Biden wouldn't have exposed that?

Since #Honesty and #Patriotism are key Foreign Service values, no shock that Republican pols are pushing these officers out to bring in new people who honor GOP values of #Racism, #Misogyny, and #Grift.

Microsoft literally told fragile white guys to use AI to compete with Black co-workers.

The first genuinely honest ad for generative AI I've ever seen, from Microsoft / CoPilot A mediocre white guy sees his non-white colleague getting praised for good work, he asks AI to *literally copy it*, and then he gets all the praise instead: www.ispot.tv/ad/SoDi/micr...

Team Paxton appears to have sent out fake mailers to Texas voters impersonating a trans student group and claiming to want to help kids secretly transition. The actual group said they had nothing to do with it, despite the mailers copying their aesthetic, and the address traces to a random UPS box.

THEY ARE NOT POWERLESS TO STOP HIM! Go back to Washington, stand on the steps of the Capitol and demand Johnson and Thune recall the House and Senate, and impeach him. THIS IS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK! THERE IS LITERALLY AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL! (It's called the Constitution.)

Republican lawmakers are incensed about Trump's dismissal of Ukraine — and powerless to stop him. That frustration hit a new peak on Monday as they sought to address Trump’s decision to purchase Russian diesel, waive sanctions on Moscow, and potentially stop sharing intelligence with Ukraine.

Gerard Baker with a scathing indictment of Trump foreign policy, says the president has a “preference for tyrants…” and pursues “personal enrichment of family and friends.” “It is painful to be an American and watch … as the president aligns himself with the successor to Stalin and Beria…”

This is a lie. Abdul El-Sayed clearly disavowed the Muslim Brotherhood before delivering a masterclass on the First Amendment and religious freedom - a constitutional rebuke of Tommy’s Christian nationalism. Sen. Ted Cruz is lying.

It’s been really amazing this past week to watch so many people FINALLY waking up to the fact that Trump is on Putin’s side, that Trump is actively trying to help Putin win the war, that Trump is a Russian asset. It’s ALWAYS been the case, but I’m glad people finally get it.
