RustledDoodles

Hi every! I'm Rustled and I'm an artist specializing in #Illustration, #Sculpture and #Stopmotion! I cant wait to show you all what im working on!! Ive got #paleoart , Ive got #creaturedesign and #animation and #art and ive got so much more! I cant wait to show it all!

This Allosaurus makes me think about an alternative timeline where dinosaurs are directly evolved from crocodiles instead of being a cousin of them.

Godzilla 2000 remains a favorite of mine just from how fleshed out everything felt with the fact that they had Godzilla Storm Chasers. That's how used to his presence they were, they were understanding more what made him tick and yet the one question they cant answer is why he keeps saving them.

This was my artfight attack on @chunkofwax.com this year. It is a little lovely sculpt of Z'orthelheb and Claire! Please check out their lovely website as it has so much care and dedication put into each piece of the web page. zorthandclaire.com #rustleddoodles #sculpture

youtu.be/cEZTP2lTXG0?... I put all my artfight attacks into one big compilation incase you wanna just see all I did this year in one singular go! #rustleddoodles #flipnote #artfight2026

We need better Triassic representation, Im a bit upset at myself cause I spread outdated information but thankfully someone corrected me. It's a silly thing, but I do try my best to be up to date despite the lack of time to properly read everything.

Posted a link in an animation discord and I lost access to the rest of the server immediatly after and Im still so sad. Messaged a mod and am waiting to hear something back about everything, but part of my mind is worried that they just didnt like the animation so it resulted in my exile? ):

youtu.be/6uAxTh1HdCI?... Anyone in the mood to witness a small animation about a big sea beast? #rustleddoodles #animation #flipnote #leviathan

My revenge on @rustleddoodles.bsky.social 's attack! :D (the dino is a big ghostly "hologram" coming out of the guy's mouth, pointing that out cuz a few people got the wrong idea)

THE GREAT chiBiATTLE!!! revenge on @rustleddoodles.bsky.social of Plastodon and Shenlong in their forever (crayon) battle hehe uwu #artfight #art #grinart #kaiju

Attack on @rustleddoodles.bsky.social. I wanted for today's attack to not need as much rendering as yesterdays, why I stuck with the black body and blue outline. Quite striking. I also like that this kaiju has sauropod-like feet. Unique.  #artfight #artfight2026 #dinosaurart #kaiju #monsterart

A big compilation of all the previous Artfight attacks I have done so far! There are still more to come, so stay tuned for those! #flipnote #animation #rustleddoodles #ArtFight2026 #ArtFight #artfightteamtragedy

Woah its #portfolioday!! Well I have a bit I can share! #rustleddoodles #illustration #sculpture

For you @rustleddoodles.bsky.social ! Enjoy :) #ArtFight #ArtFight2026

Artfight Attack Thread will probably be up later next week, still settling into attacking people and wanna have a good build up of attacks before we start posting. Although there is One person who isnt participating but I will still attack. Cant wait to show them what ive been cooking up for them.

Anyone else lately been feeling pulled more to simpler things? Like with all the headaches of new consoles and bigger prices, there is something so calming to just have a 3ds and Flipnote waiting for me? Heck I even got a Papershoot to sort of "downgrade" from my Canon cam because its got 1 button!

See you all on July 1st for Artfight!! artfight.net/~RustledDood... #rustleddoodles #artfight

Preparing for Artfight this year. Two new Kaiju and a Snake Doctor are on their way. If you do artfight also, give me a follow! #rustledoodles #teamtragedy artfight.net/~RustledDood...

I have been having a thought on something, there is always the general public's mental image of dinosaurs, but Im so curious about the image of their extinction. I might make it into a future video of just dinosaur extinctions in fictional media? Im curious to see how many stick with the metoer?

Stuck trying to figure out how to ask people about what shape comes to their brain for a dinosaur when they hear the name, but I can't figure out how to make it unbiased? If I give shapes then I could potentially leave out an option, but if it's a blank space they might look up one for reference?

Creature design idea, it's a colonial organism but they resemble a skeleton. Each "bone" is just a smaller member of the colony and they lie in wait for scavengers or herbivores to walk by and quickly spring an ambush. You would have to worry about a body with too many legs or far to long a spine.

In lighter news, here is my first real art of this year! It is nice in a way to have had the distraction of illustration lately. Focusing on large extinct animals for the Nucleus Portland Salut! 11 coaster show Here we have my take on a Phorusrhacid or, a Terror Bird

Hey, take this... allosaurus¿ not sure about that.

Wanna one day make a little series on the unknown fossils of the world but I need a good list of the obscure. Im talking like Ichnofossils, fragments, destroyed holotypes, ect ect. Mostly cause I've been thinking about how to introduce people to fossils other than just the popular dinosaurs?

Late night brain idea, Goblin but its an off shoot of a lizardman? Their "Ears" are big mouth fringes?

Small question of curiosity, but Do the whales at sea world get stressed by the noises of the coasters? Like surely they can hear the screams and metal noises right? Do they think its some other big whale of some kind? Im not crazy for wondering this right???
