The UAE says it shot down four incoming Iranian cruise missiles a couple of minutes ago. Now there are new incoming missile alerts. Iran is responding to the US attempt to help ships leave the Strait by attacking its Gulf neighbours.

10.25 AM. UK National Grid is currently whacking out 65.8% output by wind alone, solar another 23.3%. We are generating 114% of our demand & exporting 10% (4.7GW) to Europe & also replenish our pumped storage supply - using 4%. Fossil fuel is only generating 7.9% of output. #renewables #windpower

Bombing a power plant is generally illegal under international humanitarian law and can be prosecuted as a war crime. Trump, having telegraphed his intention to bomb power plants, has incriminated himself of a WAR CRIME if he follows through. He, and Hegseth may not care, but the EU will.

Really unsettling in the UAE just now..next 4 days we're having thunderstorms. Not normally an issue, but when you're used to the rumble of aircraft and missile interceptions for a month.... Also my birthday tomorrow - when Trumps ultimatum expires. Hoping it's not a birthday to remember!

So according to Rep. Jamie Raskin Trump’s name appears in the Epstein Files well over 1 million times. If each mention was the same length as his signature on Executive Orders (about 20cm), the combined names would stretch from the White House to Philadelphia (around 200km). Useless exercise lol
