mmm looking back at some of my blender/unity stuff from 2018... im kinda impressed with what i was doing back then #chess_arts (old, 2018)

this is even older. shortly after ch1's release, i guess? this was created purely as fanart and should not be taken as a canon depiction of a hypothetical Rotated Starwalker. still, even this early, i had a pretty solidified idea of what his walk might look like. #chess_arts (old, november 2018)

randomly compelled to draw nice berdly fan art fan art fan art not official #chess_arts

nice object from 2016 #chess_arts (old, 2016)

People seemed to like my take on Deltarune QC as a human so I wanted to doodle her

i forgot about anything

working on deltarune is hard sometimes because i can’t make jokes like “noelle being into girls was based on the phrase ‘don we now our gay apparel’” without worrying people will assume it’s true unless i wrap it in a disclaimer like this

tem make croquette!!!!!!! Woowwow Is best i ever make wowow so soft and crispy

A friend found one of my business cards from 13 years ago

Reading the earliest chapter 5 ideas when I made it up in like 2016

We have uploaded a new patch for DELTARUNE on Steam and PlayStation. This one adds an optional toggle to a certain boss's bombs after you lose. This is the last patch we have planned for now. Thanks!

every time there's a new chapter of my friend's nice videogame people ask if the thing i mentioned yelling at in that newsletter interview happened yet. well, it hasn't

FRIEND (or a swarm of them) will be the SB for collecting all of the eggs and will serve as an exploration of Kris' trauma and the Dess disappearance. Send Bluesky Post

we thank toby on this day for killing fanon mastermind friend for good, and we welcome in the friendlings. this is a good day today ( deltarune <- keyword for spoiler evidence)

We've released v0.0.247 for DELTARUNE Chapter 5 on Steam/PlayStation. This fixes a number of minor issues and bugs across the game. We plan to continue with a couple more patches.

Thank you for deconfirming Friend Mike Tony

Each Deltarune chapter there's so much dialogue that I wanna DUB since it's good VOICE PRACTICE and I can't post ANY of it b/c people would try to CANONIZE it b/c I'm on the TEAM even though it doesn't WORK that way ALSO I'm on a SWING SET which is why I keep getting LOUDER when I TALK to you

Kikky is my cat and I put an accurate simulator of her into my game if you can find it

We have uploaded hotfix patch 0.0.241 for DELTARUNE Chapter 5 to Steam! The patch has also been submitted to consoles, but it will take some time to process.

I have a lot of thoughts on Chapter 5 but my main one that isn't spoilers is: Most of the discourse/criticism of Chapter 5 is kind of proof people just don't read the dialog and skim things for the hype moments and aura because what do you mean you just missed the entire point of CH4's ending?

From Toby: 10 years ago I made a song that sounded like this. It's called "The Sunset of 7 Suns." This is the hope for Chapter 5 from 10 years ago.

one more old drawing... fanart of noelle from the ch1 days #chess_arts (old, 2019)

Chapter 5 has a lot of dialogue that you’ve probably never seen before!

These guys are called FLORADINN. You can think of them like the “Rudinn” of Chapter 5. Their favorite thing is FLOWERS. They usually don’t get what’s going on, but they are chill and don’t care. I like these guys.

Also, here's a short newsletter. toby.fangamer.com/newsletters/...

Sorry to keep you waiting! DELTARUNE Chapter 5 will be released on June 24th at 11:00AM EDT. Here's the trailer if you missed it! www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5y2...
