yup. unrestricted internet access is what allowed me to learn who i am, while being stuck in an environment that was extremely hostile to the idea. its also what made me who i am, in a way, and i don’t have a single regret about it either. it’s what saved me from becoming a bigoted idiot, really.

this isn't very popular to say, but for me personally, it was good that i had unrestricted internet access when i was a minor. i was aware of what i was doing and enjoyed it. i don't look back on it and go "well that was a mistake", i look back on it and wish i could do it for the first time again

like i get to pick my own title now too, it's crazy. i am basically just going to do the weird skunkworks-like stuff now as the whole job. i will report directly to the director of engineering

"The computer has a girlfriend now. She's also a computer."

"The computer can now talk to you" "The computer can now solve novel math problems" "The computer is better than many cheap therapists" "The computer can drive a car" "The computer can almost clean up your kitchen" "The computer could be curing your cancer in a year or two" Just how it is now

with my haphazardly set up DGX Spark and storage server in my lil office room this screenshot feels less outlandish
