Well, well, well... 80% of "donations" to Nigel Farageโ€™s party are from donors or companies based overseas. This is not normal. And the public deserves to know what these super-rich donors want back in return.

Raskin: "When historians look back on this miserable period of our history, they might say that the first problem was disregarding all those women who told us back in 2016 that they had been sexually harassed or assaulted by Donald Trump."

Trump's affordability message: "You could even come to Mar-a-Lago. You'll be my guest. The problem is that for $5,000 the most you'll be able to buy is a hamburger and maybe a small dessert. I'm not even sure you could buy that! No, don't go there. It's not a good place if you're price conscious."

Another investigation into Jason Arday's academic work has ended without substantiating plagiarism allegations. Taylor & Francis has removed an investigation notice from his 2020 paper. Arday died aged 41 in August. Cambridge is reviewing the support it provided before his death.

1. Not sure when a new, on-the-record rape allegation against a sitting president isnโ€™t considered news โ€” especially considering Trump was found liable by a jury in a similar case โ€” but it was ignored by most mainstream media outlets

Could centuries of secrecy about who owns our land soon end? A new government consultation proposes revealing who owns up to 95% of England and Wales. To stop this being blocked by big landowners, I need your help to send in supportive evidence. Hereโ€™s how: whoownsengland.org/2026/10/27/c...

Trump just threatened to withhold federal disaster relief from North Carolina if the state votes Democratic in the midterms. Let me remind you again: no president in history has politicized and weaponized natural disasters the way Trump has.

Today Alex Pretti's mother appealed for justice for her son, murdered when he was shot in the back multiple times while on the ground. This blatant murder has been protected from any investigation by the War Criminal Donald Trump.

It's not just about climate chaos. It's also about landscape chaos. The damage we do to the land's hydrology is layered on top of the damage we do to the atmosphere. Our mismanagement of land commits us to a cycle of flood and drought. We can change this, as explained here. Please read. Thanks.

Replying to @adamkinzinger.substack.com

No one person should have the power to put their racist, sexist, drug-fueled needs above those of the rest of the country. The taxpayers of the US funded Elon's ideas, to the tune of $38B in subsidies, contracts and tax breaks. He should pay it all back.

just heartbreaking stuff Alex Pretti's mother calls out ICE and the Trump administration for killing her son and smearing his name, and calls for justice to be done.

๐Ÿ“ฃ DELIVERED! Thousands signed my petition for a windfall tax on bank super-profits. Iโ€™ve now presented it in Parliament. Banks are making billions extra from the same higher interest rates driving up your mortgages and rents. Letโ€™s tax those profits and bail out the people!

ICE Remember this

๐Ÿ†˜ Ms Rachel: โ€œMoms - #ICE broke the wrist of a 20-year-old student who has special needs on his way to school. They had the wrong person. Heโ€™s a US citizen, not that it would be okay if he wasnโ€™t a US citizen. They left him on the side of the road with no medical care..

This is how the UK Chancellor can increase the income tax personal allowance by ยฃ3,000. Must end/curtail subsidies to banks. Align tax rates on capital gains & dividends with those on wages. Inconvenience to a few, but millions will be lifted out of hardship.

How strange Reform UK whose leaders supported Brexit and British people 'taking back control' is happy to get most of its funding from millionaires living abroad (ps who never give something for nothing, 'donations' are the British way of corruption buying policies like tax cuts for millionaires)

The Independent. 'True scale of Reform UKโ€™s donations from overseas donors revealed 80 per cent of the money received by Reform UK from donations in the year 2025-26 has come from individuals or companies who have been based abroad in the past two years'
